For our free course there is no specific equipment for yoga woman that you will need in order to obtain the desired results and there is no such thing as the perfect environment for practicing yoga.

You will be able to practice some form of Yoga whether you are at work or out in the forest. Or, whether you are rich or poor. That’s the beauty of yoga. 

All this is a direct consequence of the fact that yoga is, more than a practice, a state of mind and a lifestyle. That is why you will prefer yoga, as well as your beliefs and attitudes towards this philosophical path are all that actually matter.

What we eat can strongly affect both our mind and our soul, so that if you’re going to embark on the path of yoga exercises, it is essential that you become more conscientious about what you eat. 

Even though you do not need a specially designed place for performing your yoga class, make sure, that the room where you will be doing yoga or holding the class is as far away from distractions – such as radio, street noise, TV – as possible.

The place also needs to be clean and quiet, if possible and well ventilated. Some people prefer to use a yoga mat when performing yoga and other yoga equipment, however, none of these things are really necessary.

A blanket is the only yoga equipment that  you absolutely need in order to gain comfort when carrying out the exercises and the meditation, as they are performed in either sitting or lying positions, but, however, a towel or a mat, could work, as well.

As far as yoga for women clothes are concerned, no specific yoga for women apparel is necessary either, however, try to select something very comfortable and loose, such as training suits, sweat pants and a t-shirt, shorts or loose pajamas.

Some people would rather wear no clothes at all- nude yoga as it is known, but, nevertheless, most practitioners put something on, especially if the yoga session is not private. 

An empty stomach is better, before starting yoga exercises. General rule is that, after a main meal the ideal time to practice yoga is one or two hours. As breathing is a key element in yoga training, do not forget to also clear your nostrils and your throat before beginning.
